Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented an experienced Machine Learning Engineer
specializing in language models. As a key member of our early team, you will
work directly with our CEO and play a crucial role in developing our AI-
powered products. We’re looking for people who love optimizing performance,
understanding distributed systems, and who cannot stand having bugs in their
code. Since our training framework is used for large runs with massive numbers
of GPUs, performance improvements here will have a large impact.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement distributed cloud GPU training approaches for deep learning model training and evaluation
* Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines and integrate them into core product workflows
* Optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a pronounced focus on LLM training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
* Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
* Excellent communication skills
