**Job Description:**
As a Senior Generative AI Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in
leading a dynamic and cross-functional development team within a cutting-edge
environment that blends the innovation of a start-up with the global reach of
a leading multinational company. Your responsibilities will include
facilitating SCRUM events, maintaining project plans, and fostering a
collaborative team culture. If you are a certified Scrum Master with a strong
background in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving development teams

**Responsibilities:**
**As a GenAI Scrum Master you will:**
* Be responsible for facilitating SCRUM events
* Communicate within a cross-functional team of developers and project leads
* Keep project reports up to date and communicate them to stakeholders
* Maintain project plans and critical path sequences
* Be responsible maintaining development team culture
* Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress;
* Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
**Activities may include:**
* Help to keep the Development team focused (via using techniques like clear sprint goal setting, relative estimation, probabilistic forecasting, backlog visualization, quantitative and qualitative metrics etc.)
* Support improvement of development culture
* Help to organise Development Team meetings and other events
* Cope with the set of installed processes (Scrum Maturity Assessment, Team and Delivery reporting)
**Who are we looking for:**
* You are a certified Scrum Master (or similar certified role)
* You have strong knowledge and proven experience of Agile methodology in general and especially in Scrum framework within a corporate environment
* You ideally have a degree in psychology, social sciences, computer science or in a related field
* You have understanding of development culture and end-to-end engineering lifecycle. You are experience with setting of practices to help teams build, test and release software faster and more reliably and how to navigate release challenges
* You must be a friendly communicative person
* Fluent in English
