We are seeking an experienced, talented, and motivated Senior Full-Stack
Software Engineer to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to work
with the latest technologies, collaborate with a driven and world-class team,
and significantly impact the growth and success of our organization. This
position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a high-energy, small
company environment and are not seeking a typical "big tech" 40-hour workweek.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and ship clean production code to thousands of users.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.

**Requirements:**

* 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, specializing in Node, TypeScript, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, React, and React Native.
* Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS.
* Strong understanding of full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
* Extemely self-motivated and able to deliver results quickly and without constant oversight.
* Proven track record of designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of debugging complex issues and proposing effective solutions.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
