education. We're seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key
role in our Beta Launch. Collaborate directly with our CTO, shaping the future
of learning technology.
**Role Duration:** 3 months (Opportunity for Conversion and Equity)
**Salary:** $4,000 - $8,000 per month (Depending on the experience)
**Role and Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will leverage your top-notch skills to
drive our AI-powered EdTech platform's development. Your responsibilities will
focus on front-end development but will encompass the full stack including
backend, DevOps / MLOps and design tasks. Join a collaborative team and:
* Design and develop robust, scalable web applications and architect brand-new software solutions to fulfill project requirements
* Collaborate with our CTO, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to craft innovative technical solutions.
* Assist in the execution and refinement of our Beta Launch, ensuring platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
* Optimize performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain platform reliability.
* Stay current with emerging technologies, contributing ideas to enhance user experiences.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
* Front End: Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, CSS, Tailwind, Javascript
* Backend: Python
* Database: Postgres
* Hosting: AWS / Vercel
* Proven track record (5+ years) in full stack development, delivering complex projects.
* Experience with AI/Machine Learning frameworks/libraries is a plus.
* Experience with Vector Database (Pinecone, Weviate, Milvus, etc.) is a plus
* Problem-solving prowess and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Effective communication skills, collaborating seamlessly across teams.
Theta maintains the right to terminate the contract prior to the term
mentioned above, in case the employee performance is not up to the
expectations. In such a case the remaining salary will be prorated based on
termination date.
