### About the role:
Our systems are built around eCommerce, tracking orders, order placement,
returns, and inventory and search. We're proud of our best-in-class tooling
that includes a GraphQL API, a gRPC backend system, and Node.js services.
We’re seeking a Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our fully remote
team.
### What you'll do:
* Develop features and build infrastructure to integrate with external platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
* Build and maintain high-quality APIs for eCommerce, focusing on tracking orders, order placement, returns, and search engines
* Stand up new infrastructure on GCP
* Write high-quality documentation for developers
* Deliver large projects end to end, coordinating features across team members and systems
* Communicate updates proactively
* Work independently and with a remote-first team
### What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering
* Proficiency in Typescript and Node.js
* Experience building systems with a GraphQL API and a gRPC backend system
* Strong understanding of best practices in software development and engineering
* Experience working with external platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
* Good technical writer
