The Republic of Palau's Digital Residency Program provides the world's first
Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain.We are
seeking a skilled Web3 Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to
this groundbreaking field.

Job Description: As a Senior Full Stack Web3 Developer, you will play a
crucial role in developing and enhancing our RNS.ID project. This position
requires a unique combination of front-end and back-end development skills,
with a strong emphasis on blockchain technologies and smart contract
development.

Key Responsibilities:

3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts and blockchain applications for
RNS.ID.
Work with the team to define and implement innovative features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Integrate advanced data storage solutions and decentralized identity
protocols.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Web3, blockchain, and related
technologies.
Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless user-facing elements
integration.
Implement robust security and data protection measures.
Document and maintain software functionality consistently.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
Proficient in Solidity, Web3.js, and other blockchain development tools.
Familiarity with the Django framework and Django REST framework.
Knowledge of at least one SQL database like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with git, Linux, and Docker.
Experience with Ethereum and other blockchain platforms.
Understanding of front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and
frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Strong self-learning ability, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of
responsibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced
environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with decentralized identity protocols and solutions.
Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
Familiarity with the RNS.ID project or similar Web3 initiatives.
