### About this role
We are looking for an experienced engineer excited about a unique opportunity
to **lead our front-end dev team** , establish engineering best-practices,
help shape our product roadmap, and build an enterprise software product from
the ground up.
As our first **senior software engineer** , you will be responsible for the
architecture and implementation of all front-end features, and you will **lead
our growing front-end development team**. We’re building for the future of a
highly social and interconnected world, and we want you be a key contributor
guiding the way.
### In this role you will
Be responsible for the **architecture and implementation** of all front-end
features, collaborating with the backend team on overall service design.
**Nurture a growing team** of front-end developers to grow and contribute to
our success.
**Report to the CTO** and collaborate closely with designers, product
managers, and your team of engineers on roadmap, implementation, and strategy
decision.
**Obsess** over our customer experience.
**Establish end-to-end engineering best-practices** to improve shipping
velocity and increase code quality.
