**Qualifications:**

* Hold a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively inspire and motivate team members.
* Showcase a deep understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
* Have experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing engineering talent.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
