Job Title: Director of Electrical Engineering
Location: Onsite – Lakeland, Tennessee
Experience Required: 15+ years

high-quality services in electrical engineering design and are seeking a
seasoned Director of Electrical Engineering to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
The Director of Electrical Engineering will lead and oversee all electrical
engineering activities, ensuring they align with our firm’s standards for
quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in electrical engineering design, deep knowledge of building and
electrical codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical engineering team in designing electrical systems for
commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical, spatial, and building codes.
Develop and review electrical design plans, specifications, and documentation
using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other team members to
integrate electrical designs seamlessly.
Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving electrical design issues
during project development.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project
completion.
Ensure all designs meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure ongoing professional development
within the team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in
electrical engineering.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
Strong knowledge of electrical, spatial, and building code concepts.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Lakeland, Tennessee.
