Invoice Simple is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will work with product
managers, company leadership and cross-functionally to ensure that we have the
right data and proactive insights to deliver high quality, engaging, and
intuitive products and services that drive results.
**You:**
Are you interested in driving business and product strategy? What about using
data to answer difficult questions and come up with powerful insights? As a
Data Analyst at Invoice Simple, you will be creating and maintaining
dashboards to inform our product and executive team, using SQL + Periscope +
BigQuery. You will use your quantitative skills, obsession and empathy towards
customers and collaborative spirit to work closely with Product, Engineering,
Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to provide data-driven insights to
find new opportunities to take our products to the next level. You will be
responsible for helping the Product teams build evidence-based roadmaps,
providing a consistent and proactive flow of data-driven insights to fuel
ideation and learning and to help the team solve user problems and achieve
targeted KPIs. This role has high exposure within the company as you will
often be working with senior leadership.

**Responsibilities:**
* Work with the Product Teams to understand their needs and requirements
* Develop and maintain SaaS and payment product metrics and dashboards
* Ad hoc analysis from other teams to help drive strategic business decisions
* Build and maintain core company deshboards
* Lead weekly metrics reviews for key stakeholders
* Build robust automated reporting and processes to minimize repetitive work
* Develop a deep understanding of customer journey phases and key business metrics
* Inform product and design by performing proactive exploratory analysis
* Translate complex concepts into implications for the business
**Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of business intelligence/analytics/data science experience
* Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively
* Experience with data visualization tools
* Experience querying relational databases directly
* Familiarity with SaaS concepts
* Familiarity with basic statistical concepts
* Strong SQL skills
* Experience with BigQuery, Periscope, Looker, or Metabase
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Nice to have: Bachelors’ or above in quantitative field: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
**Where:**
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada,
the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team,
we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be
based anywhere in Canada – if you are close to one of our offices, we can set
you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be
eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this
role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or
to other office locations around North America.
