Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced C#.NET developer to join our startup team and
take a key role on a Blazor WASM project. While Blazor exposure is preferred,
it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate should have a strong
background in C#.NET development, with hands-on experience in Fluxor (Redux)
state management, SignalR, and mentoring junior developers, leading code
review processes, and contributing to the development of best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain a C#.NET Blazor
* application.
* Utilize Fluxor state management to efficiently manage the application's state and data flow.
* Utilize SignalR for real-time communication and interactive features within the
* Blazor project.
* Work closely with Azure cloud services to integrate and deploy various components of the application.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and fostering their growth in the team.
* Lead code review processes to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and scalability.
* Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Project Manager to define deliverable
* specifications.
* Clearly explain code design and operation to both technical colleagues and
* management.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a mid-level C# .NET developer, with strong C# skills.
* Familiarity with Fluxor state management for Blazor applications.
* Experience with SignalR and its integration within .NET applications.
* Exposure to Azure cloud services and understanding of their implementation in web projects.
* Solid Git experience and version control proficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to communicate effectively on both business and technical topics.
* Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to address complex technical challenges.
* Willingness to work in a startup environment, meet project deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
* Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (В2+).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience with Blazor development or a strong interest in learning and working with Blazor.
* Experience with Docker containers and deployment.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
