an experienced and passionate Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In
this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work in the exciting and
rapidly evolving generative AI space, designing, building, and maintaining the
server-side logic for our cutting-edge software. Our AI revolutionizes how
businesses interact with their prospects by enabling intelligent, accurate,
and automated responses to customer queries.
As our Backend Engineer, you'll be proficient in Python , with a deep
understanding of server-side logic, high-level data structures, and
algorithms. If you're passionate about AI, and especially generative AI, this

**Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
* Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
* Develop and maintain various APIs used by our frontend team.
* Explore new AI technologies and research how they impact the customer experience
* Own the applications end to end, from coding to production troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with frontend developers and product designers to understand end-user requirements and provide technical solutions.
* Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience as a Backend Developer in Python .
* Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask/Django for Python ans AWS serverless/ K8s.
* Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and databases.
* Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
* Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Interest or experience in AI or generative AI technologies is a strong plus.
