### Role and Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems and infrastructure.
* Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and performance through monitoring and optimization.
* Deploy and integrate the company’s products in on-premise environments for customers, ensuring seamless integration and performance according to client specifications.
* Develop and oversee continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into infrastructure solutions.
### **About You**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure management.
* Proficient in the following backend languages: Node.JS, Python, GraphQL, Go or Rust
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native services.
* Additional GCP / Azure experience
* Experience with Terraform and Pulumi
* Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.
* Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools.
* Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.
