**The Company**
We are partnering with profitable and fully remote climate tech startup that
has developed a Software platform to help renewable energy developers fast
track the interconnection studies process.
**Your Impact (Responsibilities)**
As a Backend Engineer you will:
* Buildout the backend services to power new products
* Set up these new projects from scratch
* Infrastructure work
* Architecture diagrams and lots of coding
* You'll work directly with the CTO
**About You**
* 5+ years of experience bringing products to market
* Product-minded Engineer: you enjoy thinking about the whole picture and talking to users
* Previous experience as a Founder or Founding Engineer would be ideal, but not required
* Your GitHub page is active or can showcase your experience owning an end to end product development
* You can operate in ambiguity and excited to take ownership
* Technical skills required: Python and GraphQL, Heroku and Hasura are strongly preferred
* Experience working in the utility industry or projects supporting electric transmission, distribution and substation design is a huge plus
