**Location: Hybrid, New York**

Are you a media sales expert? Are you eager to be the driving force behind the
growth of our media and branded content business? Reporting directly to our
VP, Media Sales, you will play a pivotal role in growing current business, and
developing new business sales across the realtor.com portfolio. If you want to

Executive, Media and Branded Content Partnership Sales** and help change the

**What you’ll do:**

* _Manage client relationships from pitch, to sale, to execution with an eye on long-term, sustainable growth_
* _Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects large enough to meet or exceed financial goals_
* _Leverage pre-existing and build new deep, trusted relationships/partnerships with decision-makers at brands and their agencies_
* _Expedite the sales cycle through an understanding of client marketing needs, realtor.com capabilities, and realtor.com’s value proposition_
* _Leverage thoughtful 1P data targeting approach to drive media and branded content sales_
* _Inspire team members by contributing creative sales ideas that impact overall goals and objectives_
* _Accurately forecast revenue and proactively mediate challenges that impede sales growth_
* _Have a creative approach to custom video, article and custom experience development on the Realtor.com platform_
* _Attend conferences and client/agency networking events as needed_

**How we work**

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person
collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our
offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding
richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This is a hybrid
role, reporting to our NYC-based office 2 times per week.

**What you’ll bring:**

* _A 10+ years revenue development career track focused on media and branded content sales in consultative selling style to Fortune 500 C-level decision makers and/or similar senior level agency decision makers_
* _5+ years experience selling to the home vertical preferred_
* _Proven track record of successfully closing six and seven-figure media deals_
* _Strong knowledge of the branded content landscape including industry trends, key players and terminology, with the ability to craft integrated marketing plans and solutions_
* _Strong goal-orientation with proven experience in building a pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial targets_
* _Robust analytical skills, including market strategy and a value-based selling process_
* _Highly organized and detail-oriented_
* _Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of convincing and strategic sales approaches, proposals, documentations and presentations_
* _Advanced negotiating skills_
* _New York City-based_
* _Ability to travel as required - 30%_
* _Bachelor 's degree (required)_

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our
ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed location. We tailor our
offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge,
technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove
relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges
for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.

**The annual OTE for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 USD.**
