### What You'll Do
As a **Senior Account Executive** , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new
revenue growth and ensuring customer success:
* **Own your territory:** Take charge of target universities across North America, adopting an account-based, bottom-up sales model.
* **Full-cycle sales:** From prospecting and product demos to closing deals, onboarding, and upselling, you’ll manage the entire sales journey.
* **Hybrid sales activities:** Combine inside sales (cold calling, email outreach, virtual demos) with outside sales (visiting campuses, in-person networking, and prospecting).
* **Customer engagement:** Build relationships with professors, empowering them to implement Kritik in their courses and expand its use across their departments.
* **Collaborate:** Partner closely with our product and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
### What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record
and a passion for education:
* **Experience:** 3+ years as an Account Executive in transactional SaaS (high volume, low value); experience in the Education sector is a bonus.
* **Proven performance:** Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed annual quotas.
* **Hunter mentality:** A self-starter who thrives on finding and closing new business but understands the value of nurturing long-term accounts.
* **Sales skills:** Exceptional communication, objection-handling, and negotiation abilities.
* **Organized and adaptable:** Strong time management skills and the ability to implement and refine processes in a fast-changing environment.
* **Tech-savvy:** Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage high volumes of daily activities.
* **Educational background:** Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years in higher education.
