**Responsibilities:**
-Coordinate the activities of a team of sales consultants, monitor their productivity, and ensure the quality of their work.
-Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze metrics, and enhance KPIs.
-Train and motivate the team, cultivate a positive atmosphere and corporate culture.
-Engage in negotiations with potential clients, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
**Requirements:**
-Minimum three years of sales experience in the digital technology sector.
-Minimum one year of team leadership experience.
-Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
-Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Docs.
-Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, logical thinking, and self-organizational skills.
**Work Conditions:**
-Fully remote work, enabling you to operate from any part of the world using a laptop or PC.
