**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Director to
join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining a robust
portfolio of high-value clients within the hospitality industry, including
restaurants, hotels, and resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible
for pitching our products and services, aiming to enhance our market footprint
and drive our revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain a portfolio of hospitality clients.

2. Engage with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, presenting tailored pitches that align with their unique needs and operational challenges.

3. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to effectively position Behrmann Group as a leader in consulting services.

4. Negotiate contracts and close deals, focusing on creating long-term value both for clients and the firm.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling marketing materials and sales strategies that resonate with target audiences.

6. Provide exceptional follow-up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional business opportunities.

7. Represent Behrmann Group at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

8. Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and report on targets and achievements effectively.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven track record in sales, specifically within the hospitality industry, with a strong network of contacts.

2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence senior executives.

3. Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and crafting tailored solutions.

4. Self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to achieving sales targets on a commission-only basis.

5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
