Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Director with expertise in commercial and cloud
technology sales for scope.money. This leader will play a pivotal role in
scaling the sales operations and leading the adoption of our unified
dashboard, advanced automation and AI personalization offerings.

The ideal candidate is one who has a strong commercial and cloud technology
sales track record. It is expected from you, as a leader, to have a proven
record of sales leadership, developing strategic sales plans, and building an
effective sales team.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of commercial and cloud sales operations for scope.money.
2. Build and manage a results-driven sales team that contributes to revenue growth.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to extend the customer base in the commercial and cloud markets.
4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to ensure that sales strategies align with company objectives.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our products and services continually meet or surpass those needs.
6. Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market dynamics to pinpoint and chase new sales opportunities.
7. Represent scope.money at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to senior management.

**Qualifications:**

1. You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
2. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, specifically in the commercial and cloud technology sectors.
3. You have in-depth knowledge of the data center landscape, focusing on commercial and cloud technology markets.
4. You can formulate and implement strategic sales plans that meet or exceed goals.
5. You exhibit strong leadership skills and can recruit, motivate, and mentor a successful sales team.
6. You have experience working in a start-up environment, preferably in the technology sector.
7. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
