**What we 're looking for**
Bundle’s first Sales Development Representative will have a unique opportunity
to play a major role in driving early growth, fostering business development
and developing key partnerships at Bundle. This individual will help develop
and lead a critical sales motion that will set the foundation for a fast-
growing startup, and have potential to grow with the company into future
senior leadership roles.

**Responsibilities**

* Generate leads and build relationships with builders
* Pitch Bundle’s current platform to SMB builders and suppliers
* Learn from potential customers and communicate critical feedback to the product development team
* Maintain a pipeline of prospects and engage other members of the Bundle team for closing and onboarding

**Who you are**

* 1-2 years in a sales role, experience in design & construction is preferred (bonus points if you come from the homebuilder world and want to provide digital tools to builders that save them time and money)
* Attention to detail, organized, and self-sufficient
* Biased to action, and not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call on a daily basis
* Desire to be both customer-facing, but also scrappy and in-the-weeds with iterating on a sales process
* Experience with a CRM like Hubspot
* Team oriented personality and excellent communication skills
* Positive, open-minded attitude and have a willingness to embrace the early stage entrepreneurial process and technical challenges
