Location: Remote in the US

Pay: 100% Commission-based Contract (No Base Pay). Commission rates can range
from 3% to 10% of the total deal value. The deals we are targeting are worth
millions!

Applied Revolutionary Technologies, Inc. is an innovative startup poised to
disrupt the EV charging industry. We are on a mission to help “Charge your car
WHILE you Drive”. As we continue to grow, we seek a driven and dynamic Sales /
Business Development Representative to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales / Business
Development Representative with a proven track record of selling to Venture
Capitalists (VCs), Angel Investors, and Private Equity firms. This is a 100%
commission-based contract role, no base pay, perfect for a self-starter who
thrives in a high-stakes, "eat what you kill" environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research to
identify potential VCs, angel investors, and private equity firms that align
with our business objectives.

Lead Generation and Outreach: Generate leads and initiate contact with
potential investors through various channels, including cold calling, email
campaigns, and networking events.

Pitch and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and
presentations to potential investors, effectively communicating our value
proposition and growth potential.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders in the investment community.

Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring
mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and investors.

Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales activities and performance
metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales or business development
roles, specifically selling to VCs, angel investors, and private equity firms.

Strong Network: Established relationships within the investment community.

Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and
persuasively.

Analytical Mindset: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to
identify trends and opportunities in the market.

Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven and able to work independently in a remote
setting.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

What We Offer:
100% Commission-Based Compensation (No Base Pay): Unlimited earning potential
based on your performance. Our deals, what we target AND qualify for are worth
millions! Your commission will be minimum 3% to maximum 10% off the deal
amount. To be paid in full within 90 days.
