Unibui is a copilot for local jobs and deals for college students. Helping the
22 million american higher education students get the deals they never new
existed in their backyard. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Manager to join our team and drive impactful partnerships
within the local business community.

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager specializing in Local Business Partnerships,
you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering
collaborations with a diverse range of local businesses. The ideal candidate
will possess a keen understanding of the local business landscape, establish
meaningful connections, and drive business growth through strategic
partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key players, market trends,
and growth opportunities within the local business community.
Analyze competitive landscapes and industry dynamics to inform business
development strategies.

Relationship Building:

Utilize existing networks and proactively build new relationships with local
businesses, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Attend local events, chamber of commerce meetings, and networking functions to
establish and strengthen connections.

Client Engagement:

Engage in consultative discussions with potential clients to understand their
business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Propose tailored solutions from our product/service portfolio that align with
the unique requirements of each business.
Partnership Development:

Identify and approach local businesses for potential collaborations and
partnerships.
Negotiate and finalize business agreements that result in mutually beneficial
outcomes for all parties involved.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
within the local business sector.
Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and
closure.
Customized Solutions:

Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on client
feedback and industry trends.
Ensure that our solutions address specific pain points and deliver tangible
value to local businesses.
Communication and Presentation:

Clearly articulate the value propositions of our products/services in a
compelling manner.
Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits
of partnering with Unibui.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record
of successfully securing deals and partnerships.
Extensive network within the local business community.
Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics in the United States.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup
environment.

THIS IS A FULLY COMISSION BASED SALARY.
