**Job Overview** : We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing
Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and
executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and
engage our target audience. You’ll play a key role in promoting our platform
and growing our user base.
**Key Responsibilities** :
* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC) to drive traffic and conversions
* Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms
* Manage and grow Activity Messenger's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
* Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Create and execute strategies to increase email and SMS subscribers
* Develop and manage partnerships with influencers or industry-related media
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
* Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
* Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with sports programs, dance studios, or swim schools is a plus
