**Position Overview:**
As the Revenue Systems Manager for RxVantage you will be responsible for the
ownership and management of RxVantage’s growth technology stack to help enable
the revenue organization to meet and exceed our company goals. RxVantage
employs technology in all areas of our business strategy, especially within
our prospect and client-facing roles. Our systems include a Customer
Relationship Management system (Salesforce), Sales Engagement (Outreach),
Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot), Sales Intelligence (Chorus.ai),
Meeting Scheduling (Chili Piper), Integrated Data Sources and Analytics. When
correctly aligned, our technology has the ability to create a platform for
growth and can be leveraged to provide insightful analytics to improve our
revenue efficiency.
The primary focus of this role is to be the technical owner of our sales
technology stack from both a day to day usage and strategic roadmap
perspective. This includes ensuring that our technology solutions integrate
and work well together, reducing friction in go to market processes,
communicating with end users to develop best practices and enabling the go to
market team on how to best leverage our technology. We are seeking a person
who can both understand the landscape of our go to market technology while
being detail oriented enough to run our day-to-day operations.
The Revenue Systems manager will primarily partner with the revenue
organization, but will also work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, Data
and Product to drive progress on our go to market priorities. These
partnerships are critical as we roll out new sales processes, optimize our
revenue efficiency, and improve our company enablement.
The Revenue Systems Manager will also work closely with the Director of Sales
Operations to develop and prioritize the revenue technology roadmap and
facilitate enablement programs that reduce friction in go to market processes
and improve employee ramp time to performance.
**What you’ll be doing:**
* Understand and document business processes and requirements to create a technology stack that facilitates RxVantage’s go to market strategies and revenue performance.
* Communicate updates to all technology enhancements and facilitate training on all new technology to ensure revenue tech stack is employed with best practices.
* Oversee the administration of our sales technology stack
* Drive efficiency for the growth team in how they manage their deals in Saleforce.com
* Employ technology to streamline sales processes and ensure growth team members are as efficient as possible.
* Ensure cross-functional projects are communicated clearly and all roadmap projects do not negatively impact other business units.
* Ensure the health of all databases included data hygiene, role permissions, user adoption and usage status
* Ensure all go to market requests are consistent with strong Salesforce.com and sales system practices
* Troubleshoot issues in sales systems; recommend both technical fixes and sales enablement improvements
* Partner with sales leaders to understand goals and recommend and support technical solutions

* Translate complex technical challenges (such as system capabilities or architecture or integrations) into simple concepts for streamlined decision making.
**The ideal candidate:**
Technical Skills Required
* Experience working with sales tools including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, Openprise, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pardot and Chili Piper.
* Salesforce.com administrator certification required
* 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3-5 in a Sales System Administrator or Salesforce.com administrator role
* Experience working at a Healthcare, SaaS or pharmaceutical company is a plus
Non Technical Skills Required
* Ability to create partnerships and actively listen to department leadership in order to develop technology that solves problems and facilitates RxVantage Go to Market Revenue Goals.
* Ability to prioritize project management and align roadmap to RxVantage’s growth goals and vision,
* Proactive attitude to identify potential issues and present solutions before problems arise. Mindset of thinking about both short term needs and long term company goals.
