We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Coach or Trainer
to join our team in the role of Government Contracts Specialist. As a remote
position, you will be responsible for networking, building relationships, and
submitting Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to secure United States
government contracts and private company opportunities for executive coaches.
This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for
successful contract acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and connect with potential government clients, agencies,
and decision-makers to establish strong relationships.
Proactively seek out government contracting opportunities that align with our
coaching services and expertise.
Strategically network and engage in industry events, conferences, and
associations to expand our reach and generate leads.
Collaborate with our team of global coaches to understand their expertise and
match their capabilities with government contract opportunities.
Develop compelling RFP responses, ensuring they are well-structured,
compliant, and tailored to meet the specific requirements and evaluation
criteria.
Track and manage the entire RFP process, including proposal writing,
submission, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Stay up-to-date with government contracting regulations, policies, and trends
to optimize our chances of success.
Maintain accurate records of all networking activities, contracts pursued, and
their outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully acquiring United States government
contracts in the coaching or related industry.
Extensive knowledge of the government contracting process, including RFPs,
RFIs, and proposal writing.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections
with government agencies and decision-makers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate our coaching
services effectively and compellingly in RFP responses.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time effectively to
meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Familiarity with government contracting regulations and compliance
requirements.
Experience working with a team of remote professionals is a plus.
Note: This position is commission-only, and compensation will be based on
successful contract acquisitions.
