**Responsibilities:**
* Ability to identify, cultivate and qualify prospects through targeted prospecting and outbound communication tactics (phone, email, doorknocking)
* Use cold calling and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage leads in order to close for listing appointments
* Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
* Become of a student of the business and knowledgable for everything real estate related
**Qualifications**
* Must have an Active CA Real Estate Salesperson license or actively pursuing to get Real Estate License
* Minimum 1-2 years sales experience
* Self-motivation and drive
* Always maintain a positive attitude
* Possess a “whatever it takes” mentality
* Must be coachable and desire to learn and grow
* Driven to succeed
* Excellent team player
