**What We're Looking For:** We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive React
Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be responsible for
developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality web applications,
working closely with our cross-functional team of developers and product
owners.
**Key Responsibilities:** \- Develop and maintain web applications using
React.js, Redux, and other cutting-edge technologies.
* Collaborate with designs to convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
* Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
* Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs.
* Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application functionality, performance, and reliability.
* Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications
##### **Requirements:**
* 3+ years of professional experience as a React Developer or similar role.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, and a strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
* Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux or MobX.
* Familiarity with GraphQL.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
* Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
* Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
* A positive attitude and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

**Nice-to-Haves:** \- An eye for Design and an ability to develop mockups and
final designs with tools such as Figma, InVision and LucidChart.
* Experience with front-end testing frameworks, such as Jest or Enzyme.
* Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
* Familiarity with server-side languages, such as Python and Django.
* Experience with other modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular or Vue.js.
