QA Automation Tester (Remote)

providers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and startup minded QA Specialist to join
our tight-knit team to build the next unicorn in healthcare.
As a core team member, you will wear a variety of hats to tackle whatever
challenges may arise. You are a self-starter with a bias for action and you
take ownership of the QA of the products (Web and Mobile). You are passionate
about technologies, love working with an innovative team of engineers in a
fast-paced and technically driven environment. You never need micro-management
and love collaboration. You are very detailed orientated and organized and
thorough considering all edge cases during testing. You have an eye for user-
friendly UI/UX, and proactively raise suggestions to the development and
product teams.
What You'll Get to Do:
* Automation testing across various technologies and product sets
* Design and build automation test frameworks and scripts
* Bug verification and tracking and fixing
* Test preparation, test design, execution and reporting
* Defect management lifecycle exposure (using Jira) from defect reporting to
* Track and publish the status or development, maintenance and execution of automation test suits
* Work as a key member of the Delivery Team to understand requirements and technical solutions under test
* Work with manual testers, developers and SME's to understand the business domain, and the system functionality
* Utilize the approved test automation frameworks to develop automation in a fast paced agile environment
* Lead manual and automating QA/QC processes for the web and mobile (iOS, Android) applications
* Work with the design and frontend teams to document and test workflows
What You Need to be Successful:
* 5 years of experience in QA Automation design, building and execution in Mobile App Testing (iOS 9.0+ and Android 16.0+ platform) and Web Testing (cross-browser).
* Being able to work in US PST time zone as needed.
* Attention to detail and stay organized
* Have strong work ethics and self motivated
* Cross browser testing: Firefox, Edge, Chrome, MAC Safari, Internet Explorer, iPhone and Android;
* Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
* Familiarity with programming script languages including Java and VBScript.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good project management skills.
* Web Accessibility: Ensure front-end sites meet ADA compliance standards as requested;
* Able to work on test cases automation script using test framework (puppeteer/cypress/selenium);
* Able to work on-demand in an efficient and timely manner in a fast-paced environment;
* Detailed oriented and able to document detailed and reproducible steps for bug reporting;
Compensation:
• $55,000-$85,000 per year, depending on the regions
• Performance-based bonus
• 1099 Contract
