We are looking for new team members in a variety of disciplines who are
enthusiastic about helping us build a world-class gaming platform on mobile
and beyond. Backed by **Platinum Equity** and Strategic Investors, Game Taco

**Responsibilities
**

* Design, construct, refine, and deliver robust, highly-functional, and efficient solutions, ensuring high-quality standards.
* Engage in collaborative work with the product, design, and games teams to develop and deliver intricate and scalable platform features.
* Provide mentorship and support to fellow engineers, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.

**Qualifications
**

* Enthusiastic about crafting classy, reactive, and functional code.
* Over 7 years of extensive experience in software engineering.
* Proficiency in Python programming language and Django framework.
* Comprehensive understanding of the Python, Django and SQL.
* Proven ability to construct high-performance, engaging, real-time web applications.
* Familiarity with at least one of the following scripting languages: Shell, Python, or Ruby.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, and proven capability to work autonomously.

**Preferred Qualifications
**

* BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

**Interview Process for Successful Candidates
**

* Video Interview: A platform for us to gain insights into your goals, aspirations, and interests, while providing you with more information about Game Taco, the job role, and answering your queries.
* Collaborative Coding Session: Two interactive coding exercises, each lasting an hour, intended to provide a peek into the day-to-day operations of a Game Taco engineer. Our engineering discussions focus on practical aspects such as system design and architecture, and practical coding challenges, devoid of abstract puzzles, complex algorithms, or whiteboard presentations of intricate data structures.
* Team Interaction: An hour-long discussion with various members from engineering, product, QA, and the executive team.
