**Python / Odoo Developer (w/m/d)**
**About the role:**
We are looking for a strong Python Developer with a background in Odoo to join
our fantastic team in Berlin as we enter our growth phase. Ideal candidates
are knowledgeable, easy-going people who not only build excellent products,
but enjoy being part of a close-knit team. We like opinionated people who know
how to effectively communicate a technical opinion, while being ego-free.
If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing
applications and improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to develop, improve, and maintain our Odoo ERP
system and modules to keep up with our company’s needs.
**What you'll do:**
* Develop and maintain Everphone’s and external Odoo modules
* Work with the team on improving the quality and performance of Odoo
* Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of Odoo
* Write tests to ensure the stability of the modules
* Be part of a cross-functional team of engineers
* Work with stakeholders to shape and define requirements
* Collaborate with your team to build new features
* Troubleshoot and debug applications
* Gather and address technical and design requirements
**What you'll need:**
* 3 years proven work experience of software development using Python
* A background in developing and maintaining Odoo modules
* Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
* Ideally experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, etc...)
* Experience in Javascript and/or Go would be a plus
