**Engineer** (this **not** an ML Engineer role) skilled in **Python
**with experience of ** ** libraries ** such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy.**
You will be responsible for the design, build and implementation of an **new
suite of X-Asset Portfolio Management tools** to support the Equities and
Fixed Income desks.
As a Senior Developer you will be tasked with owning relationships with
Portfolio Management, Portfolio Finance, Quant Research and Risk Management
teams as well as other Application Development groups.
The role will require the full life cycle build of bespoke Portfolio
Management tools, apps and APIs inc. but not limited to the following
functionality
* **Portfolio Optimization**
* **Portfolio Construction**
* **Pre and Post trade Analytics (Risk, Scenario Analysis, Valuation)**
##### **Skills Required**
* Candidates suited to this role will either current be working in a Buy-Side org, Investment Bank or FinTech firm building out similar trading tools and apps
* Academic success in Computer Science / Technology plus expertise Python, including the ML/AL Libs.
* You will have 5+ years experience as a Software Engineer / Strat / Quant Developer - This is NOT a Machine Learning Engineering role
