### **Job Overview**
The Game Grids team develops microservices for WOT Blitz and other mobile
games that are constantly being developed and supplemented based on new needs.
In view of the increasing volume of tasks associated with integration with a
number of projects and services, as well as the implementation of our own
projects, we would like to strengthen our team with **Technical Lead**.
### **What will you do?**
* Technical leadership and mentorship of backend team
* Plan and estimate technical tasks
* Guide the team through technical issues and challenges
* Provide expertise in software development life cycle, concept, architecture, design, implementation, & testing
* Focus on quality by enforcing the code reviews & development best practices/processes
* Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed
### **What are we looking for?**
* 5+ years of experience as Technical Lead or Senior Developer
* Extensive development experience in advanced Python programming language & microservices
* Experience with asyncio, aiohttp
* Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills
* SQL (PostrgesSQL, MySQL) work experience
* Linux experience
* AMQP experience, no Memcached systems experience
* nginx, uwsgi configuration understanding
* Git and Subversion experience
* Passionate about learning new technology, domain and frameworks
* Prior experience in leading/mentoring a team is a big advantage.
