##### **Responsibilities:**
* Work on a complex B2B web application
* Use best practices and write tests to deliver high quality code
* Participate in the full application lifecycle: write, test, deploy and maintain features
* Build reusable code, libraries and APIs for future use
* Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver an awesome client experience
* Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, upstream open-source fixes and improvements
* Automate _everything_
##### **Requirements**
* Python expertise
* Experience as a back-end developer on complex applications
* Experience with Flask or FastAPI and excited to use more
* Experience writing tests for your code
* Experience writing reusable libraries, components or services
* Computer science fundamentals: complexity, algorithms, data structures
* Open Source aficionado
##### **Good to have (bonus):**
* Experience with Linux, Docker
* Experience of processing large volumes of data, or CPU-bound computations
* Experience with microservices and distributed systems
* Use of ORMs (e.g. SQLAlchemy) knowledge of benefits and limitations
* Experience of TDD, CI/CD ,
* Interest in Rust, Go, Clickhouse, PyPy
