This is an opportunity for an experienced Quant Developer to join a team where
ideas are shared openly between software engineers, quantitative traders and
researchers. Your contribution will make a big difference to the future

##### **What your main responsibilities will be...**
* Designing, building and maintaining data pipelines
* Work with Quantitative Researchers to productionize and refine trading models
* Build post-trade analysis tooling to observe performance of trading signals
* Support and maintenance of the existing systems and infrastructure
* Applying modern devops paradigms to enhance operational capabilities
* Contributing to the continuous refinement of the desk’s system
##### **To be successful in this role, these are the essential experiences you
need…**
* 5+ years development experience in a trading environment
* Experience supporting researchers to develop signals and strategies
* Expert proficiency level in python
* Experience using pandas & numpy
* Experience with real time Linux systems
* Good design skills
* Strong understanding of data structures
