##### Job Description :
Seeking a Python Developer to develop financial systems for one of our large
financial clients. You will design, develop, test, migrate and maintain
moderately complex financial modeling software using large scale data stores
and cloud-based systems.
##### **Hard Qualifications**
* 2+ years of financial industry experience.
* Strong Python, SQL, PySpark and Pandas experience.
* In general, must know AWS architectures and technologies, and in particular, must be proficient in EMR, EC2 and S3.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Work independently to solve problems.
* Strong desire to "get it done right."
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related technical field.
##### **Soft Qualifications**
* Object-oriented experience in Python.
* Experience using testing and code coverage metrics.
* SAS to Python conversion in regards to financial modeling and processes.
* Data reconciliation between SAS and PySpark output.
* Various Python oriented scientific computing libraries.
