Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level Technical Project Manager to join our Product &
Engineering team to ensure successful product releases.

You will plan, monitor, and support the product & software development
lifecycle to schedule and deploy releases and project deliverables.

You will coordinate across multiple teams (web, platform, iOS, Android, QA,
Ops).

While your primary function will be helping our teams manage releases, you
will also be an active team member as needed, for example, defining acceptance
criteria, keeping track of issue and milestone status, etc.

The Release/Technical Project Manager reports to the VP of Product &
Engineering. The position is remote in the US with occasional travel to
corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

### **Responsibilities:**

* Lead project management activities from initiation to delivery for customer-facing products and applications.

* Monitor the entire product & software development lifecycle to accurately schedule and deploy releases in a timely manner.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product & software lifecycle.

* Act as the bridge between technical teams and internal non-technical stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain project goals, plans, schedules, and team commitments within the department and the organization.

* Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and retrospectives.

* Monitor progress & timelines, surfacing potential risks and mitigation strategies.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.

### **Requirements:**

* **Technical knowledge:** 3+ years experience in technical project management within software development.

* **Development lifecycle** : Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices, esp. Agile methodologies.

* **Project management** : Strong understanding of project management principles, Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and tools (GitLab).

* **Time management** : Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time.

* **Leadership** : Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results.

* **You:** Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

### **Bonus Points:**

* **Education** : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

* **Certification** : Agile and/or Project management certification (e.g., SAFe, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience.

* **Development:** experience in mobile, web, API development.

* **CI/CD** : Professional experience working with continuous integration & deployment tools and pipelines related to release management.

* **SaaS** : Professional experience working in a SaaS environment, especially related to the no/low-code industry.
