We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The
Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision, creating a
product roadmap, and managing the product backlog to ensure the successful
delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.

### Key Responsibilities:

* **Proactive & self starter** : Independently drive product development post requirements are received from product manager from start to finish, forming teams and ensuring successful project completion.
* **Single person to drive Tech closures** : Skilled in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, adaptable throughout the product lifecycle.
* **User stories and sprint breakdown -** Translate product needs into epics/user stories/ tasks guiding the implementation process effectively.
* **Technical Collaboration:** Work closely with the technical team to identify and resolve obstacles, fostering collaboration for project success.
* **Timely resolution of obstacles** : Monitor task timelines closely, promptly addressing any issues with technical and product stakeholders.
* **Hands-On Engagement:** Engage deeply with the Tech teams going into nitty gritty of execution and also communicating with business stakeholders on progress so far.
* **Global Stakeholder Management** : Manage relationships with stakeholders across different locations, ensuring alignment and effective communication
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
### Preferred Qualifications:
* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
* Experience in the relevant industry or domain.
* Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
