**The Role**
The AD Product Marketing is responsible for meeting and exceeding business
objectives for a portfolio of products and programs for Sprinto. Critical to
the success of the role includes developing a deep understanding of Sprinto’s
audiences and driving sales and marketing positioning and messaging to support
company wide initiatives and targets
You’ll be our first marketing hire in the US and will be responsible for
ensuring our sales folks have all the resources they need to close like the
bosses they are. Of course, you’ll also be the voice of our internal and
external customers to our Product team.
**Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas**
* Develop and own the product marcomms plan for Sprinto’s products and services to deliver against strategic priorities and established KPIs
* Manage and execute the product marcomms strategy, including all lifecycle stages by working cross functionally with the commercial team, product team, support team and wider organisation
* Own the go-to-market plan for new product feature launches to drive awareness, activation and ongoing engagement via multiple channels against specific KPIs
* Be the voice of the buyer by deeply understanding their needs and motivations, and connecting product, commercial and support so there is total alignment against buyer needs and company objectives
* Craft and communicate compelling story and messaging of Sprinto products and services to a broad range of buyers, to ensure that potential and existing buyers understand the value of all parts of our product
**What you 'll do?**
* Define launch & GTM plans for new products or programs for our buyer segments
* Manage buyer and competitive insights to inform the positioning and messaging of products and features
* Develop and optimize awareness & adoption plans for existing and new products
* Work with the brand and design team to create engaging content on products
* Support commercial teams with robust sales enablement via training, battlecards, targeted messaging and sales materials
* Partner with product, marketing, customer support, commercial and UX teams to drive adoption of key products and features.
**Who you are?**
* Ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute from day one, with the ability to develop and execute positioning, messaging, segmentation, and thorough go-to-market and engagement plans
* You are a Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years(or equivalent) in marketing/comms, and preferably 3+ years( or equivalent) in product marketing/comms, within a B2B environment
* Highly functioning within ambiguity, with the ability to adapt and pivot, and knack for relentless prioritisation.
* Comfortable working in a face-paced dynamic environment, across multiple teams, time zones and levels of seniority
* Experience working with commercial teams to help drive key business objectives
* Willing to learn and eager to partner, always ensuring your working hand-in-hand with your stakeholders
