### Product Manager, WellBeam Inc
**San Francisco Bay Area, CA
WellBeam is a fast-growing, Bay Area-based health-tech company transforming
clinical workflows along the continuum of patient care. We improve patient
outcomes by offering critical interfaces for doctors & surgeons to coordinate
care with the medical providers taking care of their patients post-discharge
from the hospital.
We’re looking for an exceptional and highly motivated person who wants to
accelerate their career in Products. We want to groom the person to be a key
contributor to our growing products team. The role will be hands-on - we want
you to execute product development with minimal direct supervision.
**Role & Responsibilities**
* Understand user needs thoroughly, including conducting user research, collaborating with designer and customer success, and analyzing product usage metrics
* Define product roadmap, which includes developing product requirements, prioritizing features to be in line with goals and user needs, and identifying areas to drive growth and product differentiation
* Own product initiatives end-to-end includes collaborating with design, managing execution of product features, and QA new and existing features
* Identify and drive process improvements for the product team including team collaborative tools
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of Product experience in B2B Healthcare software products
* Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle in a startup environment
* Ability to listen well but also effectively convey one’s point of view, both in writing and orally
* Innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset
* Think strategically and analytically while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
* Strong familiarity with agile productivity tools ( e.g., JIRA, Confluence, AirTable)
* Expertise in Product Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., MixPanel, Tableau)
