**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role will
be responsible for driving user engagement and retention for our healthcare
staffing app. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can identify user
needs and translate them into product features that increase user engagement,
retention and drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for working
cross-functionally to launch and iterate on features that will drive increased
usage, frequency of use, and user satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and own the product strategy for user engagement, retention and growth.
* Define and prioritize the product roadmap for user engagement features based on user research, market trends and business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product development and launch.
* Define and monitor product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis.
* Conduct user research to identify user needs, pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and drive engagement.
* Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing market and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
* Evangelize and advocate for the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
**Requirements**
* 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on user engagement, retention, and growth.
* Experience working on mobile apps or web-based products with large user bases.
* Experience conducting user research, developing user personas and user journeys, and synthesizing insights to inform product decisions.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams to successful product launches.
* Experience in healthcare or staffing industries a plus.
