### What You’ll Be Doing.
* **Drive Design Projects:** Lead design efforts from initial discovery and research through to final UI implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience
* **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life and ensure alignment with project goals *** Create and Iterate:** Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, iterating based on feedback and data to continually refine and improve the product
* **Support Various Projects:** Contribute to a wide range of design needs across the company, from marketing materials to website updates and our web app, stepping in wherever your skills are needed
* **Advocate for Users:** Champion our users by iterating on and evolving our core products and experiences, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering value every day.
* **Contribute to Our Vision:** Help shape the overall design direction of SimpleClosure, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
### Who You Are.
* You have 3+ years of thinking through the user journey and producing user flows, wireframes, and interface designs
* You have extraordinary visual, interaction, and system design skills. You understand the importance of user experience and how design can impact business results
* You thrive on challenges, value independent thinking, and are committed to continuous learning
* You know how to present your work to internal stakeholders, and clients, and are comfortable defending your design decisions and choices in person
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with an agile approach to your design, and an emphasis on ongoing iteration
* Expert Figma skills, including component building, prototyping, and working with variants and variables. You’re up-to-date on all the newest Figma developments and capabilities
* You have a good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and can effectively collaborate with engineers
