organizations to better tell their stories on social media. Our platform
offers SaaS tools to easily create and share professional social media content
- in seconds, on any device, and without needing any experience. We’re used
and trusted by thousands of sports organizations from youth clubs to D1
colleges.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data driven and strategic Principal
Product Manager who can help us create the next generation industry-leading,
revolutionary graphics platform for schools. In this role, you will shape the
strategy and execution of new product concepts in the Creative + Education
space. While doing so, you will also assess how to use AI to drive business
impact. You will work closely with a passionate and talented team of
engineers, designers, and customer experts to deliver products that stand out
in the market.Your strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and customer-
centric approach will be instrumental in propelling our products to new
heights of success.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Entrepreneurial and possess a knack for identifying impactful opportunities. Demonstrated success by taking these opportunities and methodically executing them.
* Customer Obsessed. You focus on what users need, not what they ask. You keep customers at the center as you manage your product area.
* Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product line in Gipper’s suite of use cases, working closely with design, engineering, and customer facing teams.
* Guide the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs in service of our customers’ and our company’s goals.
* Build cohesive product experiences that put customers at the center helping them achieve their goals faster.
* Work with our customers and cross-functional teams to grow product offerings at Gipper.

**Required Qualifications**

* Proven track record of 8+ years of experience leading the development of high quality products with technical components that meaningfully impact company outcomes.
* You have grit. You enjoy the thrill of a fast paced environment that learns from successes as well as failures.
* You are a team player. You bring along your cross-functional teams by helping them understand the what as well as the why.
* Proven track record of leading development of high quality products with technical components that meaningfully impact company outcomes.
* Delight in unpacking and solving deeply complex problems without losing sight of the big picture.
* Champion of the customer, while remaining laser focused on delivering significant business impact.
* Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
* Effective storyteller who brings together cross-functional teams in your product journey.
* Self motivated and detail oriented.
* Must be a good person!

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Interest in sports and/or experience in sports design.
* Up-to-date knowledge of social media space and how athletics fits in.
* Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience.
* Experience working with AI/ML products.
* Experience in the product function of a startup and care a lot about shaping (and working in) a high-impact, collaborative organization.
