We're funded, have a solid set of early customers, and getting ready to get
out of stealth. As one of the founding engineering team members, you'll be
heavily involved in product, have the opportunity to work directly with our
customers, and be part of a small, but extremely talented team.

Investigation teams conduct tens of thousands of investigations on a yearly
basis – these are very manual processes for all financial institutions.
Customers find themselves waiting in queues for extended periods, often
stretching into days or even weeks, while their investigations are being
addressed. This results in a loss of customer interest, and they often opt for
alternative services, causing revenue loss for companies.
Compliance teams often find themselves trailing behind growth-related
initiatives while bearing the responsibility of ensuring the company's
continued fitness for operation.
We have the potential to reduce the number of investigators at these firms,
resulting in potential cost savings exceeding $1 billion annually.

**Key Qualifications**
* Demonstrated willingness to embrace the dynamic environment of a startup, coupled with a commitment to contributing significantly to our growth.
* A deep-seated curiosity and passion for technology, with a fast-paced learning capability. Prior experience is valued but not as crucial as the enthusiasm to learn and adapt.

**Responsibilities**
* Lead the architecture and development of our web-based interface, which serves as the primary point of interaction between customers and our AI agents.
* Design and implement Python services, including APIs and webhooks, to manage agents, orchestrate operations, perform benchmarks, and integrate with external systems.
* Create tools for internal use that assess agent performance and support automated evaluations.
* Develop the infrastructure necessary for integrating and utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for AI Agents.*
**Desirable Skills**
* Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with a bias for solving problems and shipping impactful features into production that are well tested (unit & end-to-end)
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, with a portfolio to show for it
* Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React and Next.js
* Expertise in back-end development techonologies such as GoLang and Python
* A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems principles
* Familiarity with cloud services platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
