Job Description

We are a [SaaS Company](http://addevice.io/) looking for an experienced senior
sales manager development field to join our team! The manager will be
responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve short
and long-term sales goals. We are looking for motivated and talented **Senior
Sales Managers** to join our amazing team and to be part of us. If you want to

**Job responsibilities**

* Generate new business opportunities
* Create and implement ways to increase sales and prepare reports for it
* Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
* Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
* Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
* Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
* Engage with leads from a variety of channels to understand prospect needs and requirements
* Draft proposals and provide quote estimates based on the information provided by the clients
* Upon reaching closure define and assign project tasks to meet suggested delivery timeline
* Manage team workload by assigning tasks according to availability,
* Track project deadlines and feedback to ensure high-quality delivery,
* Maintain communication with and provide customer support to existing clients,
* Assist the CEO with management and organization tasks,
* Work closely with the Sales team to achieve personal, team and company goals.

**Required qualifications**

* **Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1), is essential!** Higher education and residence in an English speaking country will be a major plus
* Experience managing projects in the design and development industry will be a major plus,
* Sales experience in the development industry will be a major plus
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Identify customer requirements, developing plans for delivery, identifying and recruiting appropriate resources, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion and final delivery of a solution to meet customer requirements.
* Develop Category Management department and capabilities
* Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality
* Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
* Knowledge and understanding of design and development services will be a major plus,

**Compensation**
The compensation is going to be deeply related sales result.
