**Position Overview:** Digioh is seeking a talented and motivated Onboarding
Manager to join our team. As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful start with our
platform. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the
onboarding process, helping them understand and utilize our products, and
ensuring their satisfaction and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Client Onboarding:** Work closely with new clients to understand their
unique business needs and objectives. Develop and execute customized
onboarding plans to help clients achieve their goals using Digioh's solutions.

**Product Knowledge:** Become an expert on Digioh's software, as well as other
3rd parties in the Shopify ecosystem, and stay up-to-date with the latest
features and updates. Train clients on the use of Digioh products and their
effectiveness.

**Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain strong, trust-based
relationships with clients. Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients
throughout the onboarding process, addressing their questions and concerns.

**Communication:** Provide clear and timely communication to clients, keeping
them informed about the progress of their onboarding process and any relevant
updates or changes. Gather feedback and relay it to the relevant teams within
Digioh.

**Problem Solving:** Address any issues or obstacles that clients encounter
during the onboarding process. Work closely with internal teams to resolve
technical or operational challenges.

**Success Measurement:** Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure the success of client onboarding. Ensure clients are achieving their
desired outcomes and ROI.

**Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation,
including best practices, guides, and resources, to support clients in their
journey with Digioh.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience of at least 2-3 years.
* Proven experience in a client onboarding, customer success, or account management role, preferably in a SaaS company, working with eCommerce brands..
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, lead generation, or related fields in eCommerce specifically.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
* A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and achieve their goals.
* Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Slack, etc.
