**Job Title: iOS / Android / React Native Developer**
**Location: 100% REMOTE**
**Duration: Long term Contract**
**Background:** This team is responsible for the Client's App and the Patient
Portal. Client is moving from Android (Kotlin) /IOS (Swift) to React Native
(common mobile language). They are now 50% React Native and more to go;
however, will not get to 100% because some functionality will need to remain
in IOS/Android. For these reasons, the skills below are listed by ranked
priority.
**Skills Must Haves**
1. **IOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin)** \- Must be strong
2. **React Native** \- The more experience the better
3. **Soft Skills** : Need a rock star with leadership skills, great communication skills, collaborative/responsive, a real "go-getter" (i.e. Forward thinking, works ahead when able, doesn't wait for the client to ask for updates or assign work)
**Skills "Nice to Haves"**
1. AEM developer (Adobe Experience Manager is our new Content Management System Java is the language associated with this area)
2. Experience API/GraphQL (Apollo is the GraphQL framework that's being used & TypeScript is the language)
**Candidate Evaluation Process**
1. Has the candidate built an app themselves? THIS IS KEY to passing codility tests!!
2. IOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) Codility test (whichever candidate is strongest in)
3. React Native Codility test
4. Behavioral Interview
5. Homework assignment (build an app & present it to the client hiring panel)
**Project Duration:**
* 1 year with the potential to extend another year.
