SOFT's client located in Remotely is looking for a Mobile Device Analyst -
Dashboard for a contract assignment.
Project Requirements;
Configure and deploy a mobile inventory application that executes on an iPad.
The mobile app is a single, integrated application that utilizes the native
iOS camera. Provide all required fields.
Provide the capability to capture and store photos.
Provide user friendly screens and navigation design.
Configure a desktop dashboard system for viewing, updating, sorting, filtering
and reporting pole inventory data.
Configure the OpenGov Operations Management System (OMS) Platform, including
the Request, Work, Resource, and Asset Management modules of the software.
Configure the Asset Management Solution for the required client assets. These
assets include ten (10) types of assets and asset attributes: utility poles,
risers, transformers, switches, fuses, voltage regulator, capacitor bank, flat
rate services, dynamic protective device, and 3rd party attachments. Apply
custom asset support services to these assets. Provide up to five (5) field
configurations and installation services for each asset type identified.
Configure and deploy the following workflows: Inspection of assets, field
collection of data, and NJUNS notification to work planning coordinator; QA/QC
inspection process; and Work is complete.
Configure the following reports:
(a) Work completed report listing all completed work records by stage, month
and week,
(b) Metrics report showing progress to year end and project end forecasts,
(c) Work completed report listing all inventory completed items by month and
week, providing the detail required to produce invoices.
Provide data reporting and data analytics capability.
Provide data download data to excel capability.
Configure the OpenGov Operations Management System / ESRI integration. Provide
an interface between the new solution and the existing GIS system.
Provide a training session to review the configuration of the ESRI Basemap
Services for the OpenGov Operations Management System integration.
Provide data services including two data integrations:
(a). GIS data integration into the app and dashboard system,
(b). the loading of completed survey records from the append dashboard to the
GIS system.
Provide the following training: software and application training, system
navigation & functionality, ESRI data integration, report development, asset
builder, asset types.
