Sync is an early-stage startup revolutionizing how people interact with
workspaces. Sync is a platform that connects remote workers with coffee shops
and other spaces for productive work sessions. Our platform provides all the
relevant information remote workers and users need, like WiFi quality and
outlet availability, while also allowing them to connect with their network
and see where their friends are working from.
We have already built a web application, but our goal is to become a mobile
first application. For that we need a mobile developer to help us create the
app our users will love.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing web and mobile applications.
* Write clean, efficient, testable and scalable code to develop responsive user interfaces (we use typescript and react for the front end).
* Write tests that ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
* Work closely with the back-end development team with the possibility of writing backend code (nodejs) if desired.
* Take ownership of the mobile app development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android platforms.
Requirements:
* A few years of experience developing software in a professional environment. Experience in front-end development is highly desirable.
* 4 years of experience in mobile development with React Native. Experience in developing mobile applications from scratch is highly desirable. We understand that years of experience are not as important as motivation and skills, so do not hesitate to apply if you don’t meet this criteria!
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
* Product mindset.
* Good English skills, written and spoken.
