Wallet by BOSS Money, a fast-growing digital banking solution, is seeking a
Fraud Prevention Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for assisting with the review of cases of potentially fraudulent
activities using our advanced fraud detection and prevention tools. You will
also work closely with our fraud prevention team to identify new fraud
patterns and trends to ensure that we are constantly improving our fraud
prevention strategies.
Key Responsbilities:
* Assist with the analysis of suspicious transactions and identify potential fraudulent activities using advanced fraud detection and prevention tool
* Work with the fraud prevention team to conduct in-depth investigations of flagged transactions and recommend appropriate actions
* Monitor fraud patterns and trends and assist with making recommendations for updates to fraud prevention policies and procedures
* Collaborate with other teams such as Risk Management and Compliance to ensure that fraud prevention strategies are aligned with overall company goals
* Assist with providing regular reports to management on fraud trends, investigations, and outcomes
Qualificiations:
* Prior experience working in fraud analysis, preferably in the financial services industry, is a plus;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Knowledge of fraud prevention best practices and industry trends;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
