**Role Description:**
Pinnacle (heypinnacle.com) is a Stanford GSB-founded, venture-backed startup
disrupting the $30 billion management development market with an AI executive
coach embedded in Slack and Teams: Pascal. We are seeking an experimental &
scrappy Growth Marketer (PT, roughly 10 hours / week) to accelerate our growth
at Pinnacle - you will be the first person in this role, working directly with
our founder. Your primary focus will be on testing various channels,
audiences, and value propositions to determine the most effective strategies
for driving our sales. You will be crucial in shaping our growth tactics
through continuous experimentation and analysis.

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup.
* Demonstrated extreme bias towards experimentation and a strong track record of testing and learning.
* Excellent copywriting skills.
* Proficiency with chatGPT and other AI tools, but not overly reliant on them for copy-writing. If you give me an only-chatGPT-generated submission, I'll likely know and disqualify you.
* Ability to generate content that is specific and relevant to Pinnacle.
